From the date of receipt, all batteries are covered by the following warranty terms:
For all returns and exchanges, you must first obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
All batteries come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return the product for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

(2) Approval and RMA: Once approved, our support team will email you the RMA number. Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the return package.

(3) Product Return: The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The returned product must arrive within this timeframe. Please remember to provide the shipment tracking number.
(4) Inspection and Processing: Once we have received the product, our technical team will inspect it. Upon approval, the replacement will be completed within 2–7 working days.
